Jules, of the famous Faith or Fiction? blog site mentioned to me she was starting up a Christian Book Club Blog. I jumped on board at once. I'm so excited about this!
The first book we are undertaking is "Moments with the Savior" by Ken Gire.
If you would like to read along with us AND post your comments on each chapter directly to the blog, leave Jules a comment on her blog with your email address or email her and say, "I want in!" She will send you an invitation to join our new blog so you can post along with us as we go. If you would rather just read our comments as we read from chapter to chapter, you can find our new blog, "Christian Chapter Chat" HERE.
This first week we are waiting for some people to get their books so it has been light posting and commenting. The chapters are really short so it isn't like it's a heavy duty reading schedule. We plan to spend a fair amount of time thinking, discussing, and bouncing ideas about what we each got from the chapter back and forth.
There is still time for you to get a book and jump in to the fun. Once this book is over then we will pick a new one to discuss and we will be sure to announce it in plenty of time for anyone who would like to join us for the next time.
Come join us in some fun!!

Wish I could join in. Unfortunatley I wont be able to because I have a heavy duty reading schedule for school this semester.
Great idea! Reading with others is so motivating and enlightening.
Aw man, this sounds like a great thing! I can never commit to something like this because my life is so unpredictable! I will enjoy peeking in on the discussion, though!
Blessings!
Uh oh, I have been reading your blog for so long now and only just noticed I had no link to you on my site. I have been so bold to rectify that. I hope you don't mind:-)
How are you? And how is your momma? I pray y'all are doing better.
God's Grace.
Uh, Claire, I just have one question.
When exactly did my site become "famous?" Faith or Fiction is famous? Hmmm...must be one of those "15 minutes of fame things!"
Seriously, though...
Everybody, if you've got 15-20 minutes a day, Sun-Fri, you'll have NO trouble keeping up with us. We read on three days (takes about 10 minutes a chapter - no kidding!) - and then we think about the chapter and post the next day - usually takes what? 15 minutes to post a couple of thoughts? Of course, its the additional commenting that'll get ya...
