Friday Feast...

FRIDAY FEAST

APPETIZER
What color is your car?
Silver.

SOUP
If you could wake up tomorrow with full training in another occupation and a job in that field, what would it be?
This is really difficult for me because all I've ever wanted to be was a wife and mother. Ever since I was a little girl that's what I played and imagined being. I've always been fascinated with the law, so maybe a lawyer. Or maybe a research scientist. I secretly LOVE writing research papers! I know, kind of nerdy. But, truly, in college I loved to write papers. However, for both of those professions I would have had to pass certain criteria to be able to do that kind of work. Especially the research scientist. And, science was never my long suit. Ever. So I would need the brain power to go along with those professions.

SALAD
How many times in your life have you had the flu or something similar?

Oh my goodness. I have no idea. Maybe ten times? I certainly have had my fair share of illnesses which always seems to turn out to be some weird or exotic or near extinct illness but the flu? Not too many times.

MAIN COURSE
What is something that has happened to you this week that you didn't expect?
Oh, this is so easy! We had a phone call just yesterday from dear friends in Scotland wishing us the best on our anniversary! :D

DESSERT
How old were you when you had your first kiss?

I'm sure I wasn't very old at all before my dad kissed me!!! ;)

I wouldn't consider writing research papers as nerdy. I think that's kinda cool as well. :)

I think actually i wouldn't mind being a research scientist. i've actually thought about going into forensic science too. It doesn't really seem exciting to everyone...but I find it exciting. :)

LOL! I never even though about the parental kisses! I guess they didn't make that much of an impact on me. *grin*

And you loved writing research papers, too?? I thought I was the only one. We're the kind of people the other students hated. lol
