Oh No!
The physical therapist had just left, Nana's eggs were done and she was pushing her plate across the counter so as not to have to carry it. All of a sudden I hear a tremendous noise and I knew, deep down in my heart, I knew she was falling....I quickly ran upstairs and she was prostrate on the hard kitchen floor. Praise the Lord, she has no broken bones, just bruises. Obviously, she is shaken. She really doesn't know exactly what happened...she was turning, she thinks, and just lost her balance. So far, there doesn't appear to be any bruises on her face. After the last two falls, that is a welcome relief in her mind. We'll see how she looks later this afternoon. She will be sore deep inside for several days.

Yikes! I'm so sorry she fell, but so glad she's ok.
Oh my gosh, Claire!
Hmm. Be sure to call the home care agency tomorrow and let them know.
We'll pray that everything is alright.
I am so sorry. May God protect her and keep her safe.
God's Grace.
Claire, I look at your blog for the first time this morning, and there's this bad news about Ileen. I'm so sorry to hear this and pray that all will be well. See you this afternoon!
so glad that she is ok, and nothing serious happened...
Keep you eyes on the nana of yours. My mom was doing that (falling) on us a year ago, and it turned out that she was being over medicated from high blood pressure meds. I'll be praying for you and her.
Oh dear. I hope she's doing all is well.
