Desert Flowers....

Isn't this beautiful? Desert flowers the east side of the Carrizo plain, in the Temblor Range, (about 50 miles due west of Bakersfield, CA). This is desert country. Very dry all year round except this year they had an abundance of rain. It only happens about every 100 years or so. Posted by Picasa
