Claire, thanks for reminding me about the source of my income. It's so easy to lose sight of Him who provides all our needs when we perceive that a situation is going against us.
I really want to be in the place that God wants me to be in and I believe that I am in that place now as far as the job is concerned. There are single parent families who bring their child/children to Ark Childcare who just do not have an immediate male role model. And if only for that reason I want to do this job.
We are in the Moray area and I am the only male in childcare in that area. There are three in the Highland area. We need more men in childcare but people's perception of men in childcare has to change.
Dave, my husband and I have been in similar circumstances when the "job" has been turned topsy turvey. My reminder came from a lesson learned many years ago...He is a wonderful Teacher, isn't He? Blessings today....
