Like my niece, Claire, I too, dislike change. I love being in a routine and getting things accomplished. Today was just one of those great days! The sun was shining and we were warm (unseasonably) so my errands were a joy to complete. I came back to a neat and tidy house so I didn't feel 'ugh' when I walked through the door. I also got my hair cut which is the next best thing to getting it permed when you are one or two weeks overdue for a perm...do you know the feeling I'm talking about? Now, Claire, with her naturally curly hair, has no idea but it is a wonderful feeling to think your hair doesn't look all droopy, limp or shaggy. It is a wonderful day to praise the Lord and to thank Him for the joy of my salvation!!!

I'm glad you had such a great day! Believe me, though, naturally curly hair can make for many bad hair days, and I have wished more times than I can count for reliably straight hair that would aways do the same thing (that would fit my personality, anyways, unlike the unpredictable hair I do have!) : )
